About my work
I support leaders navigating complexity, change and uncertainty, particularly in systems where decisions, relationships and competing priorities intersect. My work helps leaders see the system they are operating within and understand where they have agency to act.
I often work with leaders who are under pressure, managing change alongside day-to-day delivery, and who need space to think clearly before moving forward.
For over a decade, I’ve worked as a trusted advisor, consultant and coach to executive and senior leaders across government, community and not-for-profit sectors. My background in organisational change and strategy enables me to help leaders make informed decisions, prioritise effectively and build systems that support sustainable outcomes.
